Warren Buffett -Est. $87.1 Billion

Warren Buffett, the chairman, and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and is one of the richest octogenarians. He was born on August 30, 1930, in Omaha Nebraska as the only son to Congressman Howard Buffett.

His interest in business started at a very early age and what inspired him was the book,‘One Thousand Ways To Make $1000.’ He was just 11 when he bought his first stock.  Buffett stamped his name as an investor in the financial world with aggressive strategies of investments, takeovers, and constructive moves that saw a massive increase in his assets.

Warren buffet married Susan Thomas in 1952. They separated in 1977. In 2006 he married Astrid Menks after the death of his first wife and has three children. Buffett still owns and lives in the modest five-bedroom house he bought a property at Omaha, Nebraska in 1956 for $31,500. Besides that, he has a lavish beachfront property too in Laguna Beach, California, which cost him $150,000. However, given his wealth, we are sure this isn’t a lot of money for him!
